New Seat Belt Law For Ontario
Ice Fishing Ham:
The proposed law may become effective January 1, 2013. The Provincial Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly Designed seat belt.
When the belt is properly installed, results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 95%
It has also has a side effect of lowering blood pressure.
Correct installation is illustrated below.......
