Had a couple of hours so off I went.
 
Ice was pretty consistent averaging 8 to 9". There is a major crack running from Beaverton SW to Thorah Island. There are places to cross however I ran the shoreline.
 
On my return I took note of a car in front of the "open" Trent Canal with the owner standing next to it Jigging away. If your in the mood for an early funeral or thousands in recovery costs, I'd leave the vehicle on shore. There is not enough ice in my opinion.
 
Caught about a dozen under 8" - they went back. Here's some Pic's of tomorrow dinner.

I hit the 2nd of Oro yesterday. 6" of ice where I was.
Picked up one whitie from 118' of water.
