Hey dokdok,

No go this weekend  :'( Friends backed out on me and they want to fish Lake Simcoe instead...can't afford the $40 in gas on my own...

We'll try again...maybe in July.  :)

Yeah, I always have some sort of travel plan that zaps away my money...either extra fishing following a conference/meeting/course...or visiting family somewhere.

I will be back in London though...maybe July is better. My June budget is basically tapped dry already...and it's only mid-June.  :(

Dok3 won the skins and no one got skunked ... a really great kick bass day!
No monsters but pretty good sized ones for the area we were fishing

Very nice! Summer river smallies usually like some moving water for cooler temps. I'm sure there's an even bigger one hiding somewhere in those riffles.

I fish a similar spot on the Grand and catches a 1.5-3lb bass on each outing, amongst a handful of 8-12" fish usually.  ;)

How did you make out at the ponds?




i never do bad :P sometime this winter if we get some ice i will take you to the best spot maybe even the game pond and we can get some trout through the ice
always looking for the big Fish
