Fish-fin Skin on the riverbank
« on: August 29, 2010, 05:56:36 PM »
Thames river was low today in the London area....
Easy catchin' thou as the fish were pooled in tighter then normal. Once you located them, the only challenge was getting your cast bang on to avoid snags.

So Dok challenges me to a fish-fin skin ...  FISH-ON!

I agree Hawg ..... (see message below)

Hey Horseshoe, Had to postpone my Parkhill trip .... So we decided to head back to the Thames.

It was just a fun day of fishin', weather was great and surprisingly the fishing was too .... would have liked to land a few more bass thou  :P

Dok3 and his buddy have been playing the Wildwood scene (St.Mary's area) over the past week or so. Says he landed about 10 perch last outing. He was too busy yesterday to join us. I think he was baby sitting his grandson.

Glad to see you and the Mrs enjoyed the nice weather too .... say, perch that size is a really good sign;  Love it when they shows the attitude hahaha .... Geez, now you have me droolin' to come up your way  :P

~~~Great post bud now I know the Blue Heron is not in season, but the Kayakers now they are great on light tackle, and give a great fight on the water, and in the parking lot.
