I think the very good folks at Garmin may have decided to test run these backroad maps by slipping a set into my current Nuvi . Just home a few days from a two week trip to the Bancroft area and, as was the case last year, I had to navigate with a road map beside me. Some of the suggested routes would have been a challenge for the ATV never mind the Tacoma and the tin boat behind. Just a heads up for anyone visiting this area. This is in no way a slam at the Garmin folks. I'm very pleaased with the Nuvi and my old handheld bare-bones 72.
      Thanks for the info on your Garmin Maps. This would be a very valuable addition for anyone who enjoys ATVing, snowmobiling, canoe tripping or just getting off the beaten paths.
