Mushroom Picking
« on: September 07, 2010, 12:06:11 PM »
Just wondering if there is anyone who was brought up like me and does the mushroom picking in the fall when out on there fishing trips.

It's that time of year soon when Opinquie and mashlaki not sure of the English names for them but two kinds of shrooms I'll hunt in the woods come fall.

Find them all over but finding enough to make a meal is the challenge.

Takes a few hours to gather a bag and when that's cleaned and boiled down your left with a small bowl. I don't bring fish home but I will spend an hour and brng home a bag of shrooms.
