To be honest from my understanding,
If your Ride touches a public road it is required to have insurance.
Once on ICE, Insurance is null and Void.
Not saying you shouldn't have insurance, but as long as you stay off any public road ways, or public trails
My understanding is that you cannot be bothered for insurance.
A minimum of liability insurance will protect you from anyone getting hurt on or around your ride.
I have insurance on my sleds, Even though I dont take them off private property.
