Lots of huts headed for shore to-day. The last few days of the season are always good ones to travel slowly and exercise great vigilance on the chance your route might take you into a large rectangular hut hole that has been left unmarked (or the branch has thawed and fallen level with the ice surface leaving no warning). One of our guys got soaked to the waist on his way in to-day. He was retracing his morning route but the access point had deteriorated quite a bit and his ATV broke through. Just two days ago, trucks and other vehicles were driving out on the ice at this point (11th of Innisfil, Lockhart Road). Be wary on the final day, especially if crossing cracks.
