VHF Channels
« on: June 09, 2012, 02:37:27 PM »
Seems TGOM will be trying their luck on some pretty big water like Ontario, thought I would p/u a VHF radio. Its been 30 years since I received my radio licence and would like to know the channels need to be monitored while on the lake. I don't know if the charter boats have their own channel or not.

Suggestions welcome.

TGOM there are several that are monitored around the lake. In the Bluffers area we tend to stay on Channel 6.
Today the radio was very quiet but that is the channel we monitor.
