    A few times a year I have a group of friends to the cottage for a guy's weekend. Of course there's a lot of indulging in beverages and food. Needless to say the facilitates get a real workout. The exhaust fan in the ceiling does the best it can but just can't keep up.

   I can remember reading about a lady who ran a boarding house and she solved the problem at the source. I got thinking about this and it didn't take long before the V6 Super Sucker Seat was created.

   It's powered by an old Hoover vacuum cleaner located about 50 feet away and connected with an old piece of water intake line and an extension cord.

   It's simple to use: just take a seat, plug in the extension cord and before you know it a draft is whistling by the boys and you're good to go! Once done, flush and power down, no need for air freshener.

   When I was imagineering this seat I had a couple concerns. One was what would happen if you created a complete seal on the seat. I first thought it would suck you down and you couldn't get up do to the large surface area of the plug, but no that wouldn't happen, the water in the bowel would boil as air was drawn up and around the goose neck in the toilet. Wouldn't that be a mess? This problem was solved by putting an opening in the back under the seat to allow air in so a complete seal could not happen.

   The next concern was explosive gas (methane). When you were a kid ever remember blue darts or blue angles? The vacuum has a motor with brushes they make sparks, a source of ignition. So my concern was if the right gas air mixture was created a flame front might migrate from the motor to the gas source resulting in a hell of a surprise and singed hair . But with the opening in the back of the seat and the air whistling by the boys the gas air mixture would be too lean to support combustion, I hope. Even if it happened it would have to travel back through 50 feet of hose. Needless to say, things were a bit intense on the maiden discharge!!

   One more thing I have to switch the seat with a normal one when the ladies are up, they don't see the practicality of this invention.
