Just curious ...
I checked out the data source used by CBC News and found a link for current prices which include a break down of who gets paid , taxes, etc ...

My rant for the day- "Why are we being taxed to death?"

Have a look at the charts for your region ... (link listed below)
Click on the tab that says "Margin". Select monthly 2011, then click GO

Gas price/ LT @133.3 in Toronto in May ... Taxes account for 40.1
