Oh goodie ... I'm dreamin' of a White Christmas (feast)
OK, I need help here ... never brined a friggin' bird in me life ... Wife don't cook, so I need to decide "Do I or Don't I" brine the christmas turkey this year.
I bought a frozen gobbler (mistake#1) and it's seen better days ... thawing might be a while
Any brining tips / techniques will be greatly appreciated
ie. What's required, seasoning etc
If you also have stuffing and fixin's recipes you would like to share, I'd sure like to hear from you.
