It’s easy to get mad and think that a bunch of derelicts live there and that they don’t give a dam about anyone in the neighborhood, it might be so. However when I see this sort of thing I wonder why it’s happening. Is the marriage on the rocks, family problems, health problems, job loss, etc?

For whatever the reason you should only have to put up with it for a while, then it’s time to call the town. Get a hold of the by-law officer and explain the situation. They will take it from there.
