One of my favourite areas to visit and the coasters of Nipigon are what lifetime  memories are made from . Congrats on your catches .

Those are pretty fish,, but I think that you were fishing on Lake Nipigon, not nipagon, this is where I grew up, and lived on the lake, the smallest one you can keep there is 22 inches,, nice catch,, and it sure is a beauty lake eh , and pure nature with nobody around., there are some beauties out there, just wait till you hit the double diggets, you will not want to go back home.

Hi there dokdok,,actually I just came back from there, was May long to be exact, went on lake Nipigon and did really good for the specks, my biggest was seven and a half pounds but seen way bigger, its hard to believe but its true, my parents live up there and some of my buds so I go up there about 10 times a year for fishing and hunting, and to go back on the old trap line to help my dad a little, if there was work up there I would move back there like yesterday.
