Good idea Hawg...Once you learn how to get the pics from your camera onto your 'puter it is fairly easy to upload them to Photobucket then copy into a post...

Good luck with it...Beans

by all means use photobucket if you prefer.. but its no easier/harder to add a picture directly here than it is to upload to photobucket. There's another thread (I think its call did you know..) that discusses the pros and cons. If you can add a picture to an email, you can add it here.

I think HH just needs to see it done once and he'll be fine. It's possible he's having trouble getting the pics from the camera to his computer or locating them on the hard drive once moved. (thats more complicated in my opinion).

  • Just click on the 'additional options' below the text box as you type your message,
  • on the line that says attach, click browse and find your picture.
  • If you want to add more, click on 'more attachments'. and repeat the previous command for the next picture.

If you're having any issues, the first thing to check is the size of the pic. 4096K is the limit and thats much MUCH higher than what's needed (and more for me to back up). I leave it high for the smaller videos. If its a size issue, go to the other Did you know thread for advice on tools for resizing.

Hope this helps and good fishing everyone!

Good things come, to those who bait.
