Well i broke down and bought my new ice fishing ride.....wanted to wait for a bit but the year end model deals are out there now and didn`t want to wait too long .....2011 Polaris 500 HO touring ......made need some rigging ideas later guys and maybe a place to ride till ice comes ....i`ll be picking it up next friday...i just hated seeing that trailer i bought sitting there doing nothing .....any and all ideas or advice appreciated

  Nice looking bike Baldeagle. I had a  500 Sportsman HD and it was great. You can't beat the ride. The 500  has all the power you'll ever need. As mentioned in a post to Bobby  when he got his bike, the first thing you should be getting is a tire  repair kit and small air pump or 12  volt compressor. A tree strap is  also handy.

thanks IFH.....i remembered your advice to bobby on those items.....they are on my list of things to get...i`m heading to CTC, Princess Auto,and Royal Distributing tomorrow to look for a few of these and other items....need to figure out what i need to lock the bike up when it sits at the house or on the trailer unattended ....not sure what but going to be looking ....any ideas, feel free to advise....

thanks Peachy.....can`t wait till hardwater season but i`ll be out learning to operate this machine as much as i can before then ....
