Hey guys i just wanted to have a chance to share what would be a perfect day on the water.  I REALLY love gLloucester pool because of the ledges, DROPS and the islands. There ar alot of islands and each with a different purpose. Some are shallow and some ar really deep. i love all of the roaming smallies especially in the 36 foot range. I know it sound weird but i have caught smallies in 3 feet of SUPER CLEAR water on a hot day and one time even in the slop under a lily pad. The largemouth can be found basically anywhere also, its seems that the fish  actually follow you as you move spots because a day on that lakeis a bass fisherman's dream. Tht lakeis just STOCKED AND FILLED with bass. I like a sunny day because i can catch those roaming smallies and in the slop or  under the dock largemouth.  I would throw a texas rigged senko or craw or a wacky riggged senko. That is just my  perfect day of fishing

But I would like to hear yours, so please post

I am lucky......I get to fish my favorite around 50 times a year.
Lake Ontario with it's bull doggin Salmon and it's air born Rainbows.

I like doing it old school. Flat lining with leadcore and spoons. But the dipsy fishing really gets your attention.
The strike is just brutal.

Safe Fishing First,
Jack
