Checking Out The New Sail Store
« on: November 30, 2011, 04:39:12 AM »

Anyone else going to check out one of  the new Sail stores today?

As long as the parking lot has some space  I'll be going to the Oshawa store after work.

Only 5 minutes away,  how fortunate, come to think of it, it might be a bad thing!

Well I made it to the Sail store in  Oshawa this afternoon. Lots of  friendly staff, was asked many times  if I required help.

The upper level (wheel chair  excisable) was the only area I was interested in, it  had all the hunting and fishing gear, lower level was shoes clothes  and camping. Noticed they had a good selection of womans and  children's clothing. So if the better half and kids come there is a  place for them to check out.

Left my wallet in the vehicle so no  spontaneous buying, I can always go back after cooling down.

Did check out a few spinning reels and  ice fishing tackle. I will go back later when the dust settles and  pick up a few items.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but I  thought they might have more variety of tackle.

Lots of parking, it might be limited in front of the store, but there's more to the north in front of Lowe's
