yeah I need to find a better chair than what came with my hut.. sound like a trip to the stores!!   :)

I mean dang! lol  >:(

My buddy Crappieperchhunter put me onto the stool type chair...he didn't like the one that came with his portable ice hut...took up too much room...mine saw me through last years carp excursions without breaking...@ $9.99 per I think they are great !

You gots a good eye there Horsey...It is a Pocket Fisherman and I believe it still has the original equipment (hook, line, float and sinker) that fits under a flap on the handle kinda fun to play with, my grandkids would fight over who got to use it...

Never owned a Whirlaway...that was the one with the big bulb that housed the reel workings and the line...

Made some adjustments last few days.
Bought an Otter (8lb) sleigh and 2 waterproof Lunch bags with the heavy plastic inserts which holds my jigs/lures/sonar/lunch.
Now all I'm pulling is the auger, Polar Flip, scoop and the 2 small bags - with 8 feet of rope it tows effortlessly.
Buying the Otter (or any decent sleigh) really makes the diff. esp if there's no deep snow ::)
