There really nothn out there right now.  We just got back from duck hunt no ice at all were we huntd.  Just like a 2 foot crust out from shore thats kinda been there for a bit.  Blue bills are movn so let hope we get some ice here soon!!

From the Official Rules page which is available under the 2012 Hardwater Challenge tab, here's rule number 10:
If you intend to catch and release fish for the tournament, you must provide a means of keeping the fish alive and healthy in fresh water until such time a judge can come over to measure your fish. Health of the fish takes all priority. One or more judge will be present on the ice and will try to record your fish as soon as reasonably possible. Max possession limits prevail for scoring whether you keep the fish or release it.

yes, its all detailed in the rules we'll even count your 5 biggest perch. The rules are written for both the quinte and the simcoe meets. Obviously the focus for Quinte is walleye, but pike and perch will count. And I've even see a whitefish pulled up on the ice in Quinte as well.
